WebIt means the original Blendr file has lost the link to some of the original filenames/paths. If you deleted the original files/images etc, there's nothing you can do obviously. It may mean you have to run cleanup on the original file as well to clear out unused textures. Run File>Clean Up>Unused Data-Blocks. Repeat until it reports no more.
