It just displays a screen on obs which says one moment please...I would say its the capture card, but the capture card works perfectly fine with game capture software. WebTurn hdcp off. Before using it in obs you need to configure your elgato with the software that came with it. Set it to ps4 and if you have an older tv set it to 720p (if you do this make sure you set your ps4 video settings to 720p as well).
