Webb5 dec. 2011 · Hi-- this is from TechKnitting.com:...when I added sts, I CO 9 sts using the backwards loop method (yes, I know it is messy, but it works well for this). In the process of knitting back, I knitted the entire 9 CO sts as instructed, then made another st out of the “extra” yarn that shows up between the last CO st knitted & the main piece.
